My approach to therapy with expecting and new parents comes from a place of compassion and understanding.
I know you don’t have to lose your sense of self when becoming a parent and I will support you to move through this renascence with confidence, meeting your unique challenges as they come.
I work with new parents and families to help them adjust, modify expectations, and find support after this big change in life. I also work with individuals experiencing perinatal and postpartum depression and anxiety, processing traumatic birth experiences, perinatal losses, and in healing during pregnancy as well as the years following a new baby.
